Although planning consent was already in place for a single storey extension and construction drawings had been produced, there were no interior drawings for the scheme and details were lacking.

We reconfigured the internal layout and designed the kitchen / living space to the rear of the house. Views out to the garden were maximised and 3Ds were produced to give ideas on how the space might be furnished.
