We were asked to look into refurbishment options for a tired penthouse flat in Westminster. We produced a series of layout option within the existing building envelope, working around key structural elements and services that had to stay in place.

Full working drawings, 3Ds and specifications were produced in order to obtain the consent of the building owners' committee.
