We were commissioned to oversee the full refurbishment of a post-war semi-detached house in Chiswick. We took the dilapidated shell of the house and completely renovated it, also creating a large new rear extension, loft conversion and basement.

 

We took the project through all the planning and building stages, from the initial measured survey, through the design process and planning application, to completion. Full construction drawings and internal drawings were prepared, which set out everything down to the kitchen sink and bathroom taps.

 

The project was completed in 2017.
